BREAK THE MONOPOLY

Vote Yes on Issue 1

Colorado Springs should be run by its people—not one developer. Voting YES on Issue 1 stops the current monopoly controlling housing. Currently, one developer – Norwood – controls 85% of all new development in the city. Voting YES promotes competition and drives down housing prices for all.

Why This Matters

Prices are up. Transparency is down. Norwood and their allies are rigging the game—and everyday Colorado Springs residents are losing.

  • The 2023 Water Ordinance gave Norwood the upper hand
  • One developer shouldn’t control all growth
  • We need competition in the housing market to keep prices low, quality high, and to give families a chance to thrive.
